Food safety conditions of seafood shop:

- Must ensure sanitation and food safety of the facility, equipment and instruments, devices containing seafood preservation prescribed.

Profile procedures for certification of food safety seafood store

Pursuant to Circular 01/2013 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the process of certification of food safety Agriculture is conducted according to the following steps:

- Based on business license and business lines, firms will submit one set of records at the agency responsible for certification of eligibility for food safety for its base, each comprising:

An application for a certificate of eligibility for food safety in the form provided in Appendix 2 attached herewith;

A copy of the certificate of business registration certificate or investment manufacturing industries, food business or establishment decisions;

Notes to the facilities, equipment, tools ensure food safety conditions in accordance with Appendix 3 attached to this Circular;

List owners and people directly involved in production and trading of food was the responsible agency for quality management, food safety and agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Agriculture and Rural Development Knowledge Training food safety certified production facility and business.

List owners and the direct production of food business has medical facilities district or higher level of fitness certifications;

Certificate of Food Safety (for the base case changes, additional information on food safety certificate).


- Within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the application for certification of eligibility for food safety of the facility. Agencies authorized for certificates qualifying food safety to consider the adequacy of the record and inform in writing to the facility if the record is incomplete.

- Within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the application, the competent authority certificates eligible implement food safety verification inspection records, assessment and classification of establishments by the unit made, or organizations to inspect the actual conditions to ensure food safety at the production facility, food business (if required or if the facility has not been tested, evaluated classification). If eligible, the certificate of food safety. Where no certificate of food safety must be answered in writing, stating the reasons.
